So.

This is an old species of aliens of mine that I have been working on for several years. They started as characters in a book, became more elaborate as I roleplayed them and typed out sheets explaining everything there was to know about them. Ever since I have heard of closed species, I wanted to make them into one, because I really like them and through the years they started to feel more and more personal. I almost released them several times for good, but withdrew them at the last moment because I didn't want them to come across as weird or too complicated - I withdrew a lot of unnecessary details from the lore of the species itself.

I hope this raffle will go well, and that you will like Uhers as much as I do. Out of all the things that you can find on this account, they are the thing what I have worked most on.

Uhers Species Info

Do not let their cute appearance fool you: Uhers are conquerors and one of the most politically aggressive and secretive species in the entire galaxy.

From the outside, not much is known about them, apart from the fact that they mainly target isolated worlds and species with a level of technology close to the Earth's one. Once in control, though propaganda and across several generations, they pose themselves as saviors until they are almost venerated by the descendants of the ones they took by force as “angels” serving the greater good.

Because Uhers remain most of the time in their spaceships and are only seen outside of them in full exoskeleton, there are many rumors about what they look like. In truth, the common Uher doesn’t reach over five feet in length and are aquatic creatures that wouldn’t hurt a fly, with the exception or a noticeable few that are both larger and more aggressive.
